Job Description

Human Resource Intern

Responsibilities

  •  We are seeking for a friendly individual as a Human Resource Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support to our HR department’s day-to-day activities. During the time here, we will assign an individual mentor to guide and extensively train you.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Churning reports and data analysis;
  • Perform data entry in the system;
  • Assist and support in HR Projects and Events planning;
  • Sourcing & short-listing of candidates through resumes;
  • Arranging & conducting of interviews to qualify candidates;
  • Covering reception area when required, answering of phone & e-mail inquiries; and
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

 Qualifications and requirements

  •  Pursing a diploma in School of Business or similar field
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Basic understanding of full cycle recruiting.
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
