- Job Description
- Answer telephone enquiries pertaining to reservation of hotel's rooms, room rates, etc.
- Check internal system and manage payment
- Process reservations into the hotel system
- Reply with confirmation of bookings via emails and extranet
- Manage reservation requests and reservation operations
