  • Assist in managing the key student recruitment agents’ account
  • Coordinating with agent of the student applications processes, data entry and supporting documentation
  • Managing recruitment agents for international students, including coordinating with agents of the confirmed outcome of a student visa, the pre-departure process of students, including student contact, travel plan, course fees payment, medical check-up and arrival to Singapore, etc.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Academic and Student Support Services and Finance departments) to improve the entire agents' and students' experience (Medical check-ups, ICA appointments for Student Visa, Orientation, Offer Letters & Contracts, etc.)
  • Prepare reports on each agent’s account status and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal (e.g. Sales and Marketing Director)
  • Assist with challenging agent/customer requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Other duties or projects, as assigned by the department heads.

 

Requirements and skills

  • Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided. You must be willing to learn
  • BA/BS degree/ Polytechnic/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or relevant field
  • Competency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working hours: 5.5 days (Able to commit weekends)
