• Pitching to clients to get new requisitions
• Looking for the best profiles across the various industries for your clients
• Screening, interviewing and performing background checks on prospective candidates to ensure their suitability for the roles in our clients’ firms
• Liaising between our clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication
• Following up on the entire recruitment cycle
