Their products stimulate sensory, cognitive and motor skills holistically through multi-sensory sensory cognitive kits to large interactive installations and welcoming multi-sensory environments. They are also working on a dementia assessment application to better enhance senior care by understanding problem areas based on personalized profiles and providing customized real-time recommendations.

Job Description

Role
Reports to Chief Medical Officer and aids him as he directs the development of medtech product (Dementia assessment game)
Write literature review and reports to aid product development
Conduct research to aid clinical trial planning
Liase with stakeholders to plan clinical trials, ensure that relevant components are available for trials
Conduct follow-up interviews
Attend regular scheduled meetings
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Learning objective
Learns how to gather research findings to develop useful medtech tools
Learns how to manage and gather feedback from stakeholders in the healthcare field
Builds on research and development skills

Requirement
Currently in a course of study related to medical research.
Ability to maintain professionalism and professional standards.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Set priorities.
Identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing workflow and follow-up.
Ability to demonstrate reliability and maintain confidentiality.
Possess temperament and emotional intelligence for dealing with others professionally.
Must have a “do-what-it-takes” attitude.
Excellent speaking skills to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, physicians, industry professionals, and others.
