Are you passionate about teaching and shaping the next generation of tech innovators? We're looking for a dedicated Robotics & Coding Coach to join our team at RoboThink, where we inspire young minds through hands-on STEM education.

About the Role:

As a coach, you'll work with students aged 4 to 15 years old, helping them explore the exciting world of robotics, coding, and engineering. You’ll lead engaging sessions, mentor teams for competitions, and spark curiosity through interactive learning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and coaching sessions in robotics and programming

• Guide student teams in building and coding robotic projects

• Prepare lesson plans and activities aligned with our curriculum

• Support students in local/national robotics competitions

• Foster a fun, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Scratch, or block-based coding

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Previous teaching/coaching experience (formal or informal)

• Passion for STEM education and youth development

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with competition formats like FIRST LEGO League or National Robotics Competition

• Background in engineering, computer science, early childhood or education
