Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Assist in transforming business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Support the extraction, validation, preparation and consolidation of data from Salesforce and other relevant business sources.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data models, measures and calculations within Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reporting solutions.
- Support reporting automation and dashboard enhancement initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing and presenting data in a clear, visually engaging and meaningful manner.
- Research and recommend appropriate visualization techniques and dashboard layouts to improve reporting effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support for dashboard maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, data visualization and reporting concepts.
- Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, SQL, or Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into dashboard or reporting concepts.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and willing to learn independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with Power BI projects, coursework, certifications or personal portfolio work.
- Demonstrated interest in dashboard design, data storytelling and business reporting.
- Ability to recommend suitable charts, visualizations, and dashboard layouts based on reporting objectives.
