We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales initiatives and customer acquisition efforts.

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify potential customers, conduct outreach activities, support sales campaigns, and help build strong relationships with prospective clients.

This internship provides hands-on experience in sales strategy, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth within a fast-growing technology company. You will learn how innovative products are introduced to the market and how sales teams drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers, clients, merchants, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in generating leads through online research, social media, networking platforms, and other channels.
  • Support sales outreach activities through email, messaging platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
  • Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in tracking sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support sales campaigns, product promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to sales and business growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer acquisition, business growth, and startup environments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable approaching and communicating with potential customers or partners.
  • Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and improve.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Canva, presentation preparation, or market research is a plus.
