Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Content Creation – Film, edit, and caption reels, stories, and TikToks that shine with curiosity and kid-powered wonder.
  • Social Scheduling & Engagement – Build a 30-day calendar for engagement.
  • Mini-Campaigns & Ads – Test Meta ads, track results, and iterate on hooks that convert into sign-ups.
  • Trend Spotting – Bring fresh ideas to help us stay playful and relevant.

You’ll love this role if you…

  • Feel at home in Canva, CapCut, or any other content creation tool.
  • Speak fluent Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Lemon8.
  • Care about kids, education and future generations — and want your work to matter.
