Responsibilities

• Customer satisfaction and customer service
• Product and service knowledge
• Answer sales queries
• Achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Drive sales
• Actively seek out customers
• Cross sell products
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
• Other job-related responsibilities

Requirements

• Passion for sales. Work experience or educational qualifications not necessary.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Basic Math skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intelligence (especially social)
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Excellent working attitude
