Bestia Eyewear is a fast-growing performance eyewear brand born in Singapore. We create protective, high-performance glasses for pickleball, padel and other sports, and now serve players across Singapore, the US and beyond.

We’re a small, ambitious team, so you won’t be working from the sidelines. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders, see your ideas come to life and help shape a growing global sports brand. 

If we work well together, this could grow into ongoing project-based or part-time work across content, filming, events and more.

Marketing & Content Associate (Part-Time / Project-Based)

Immediate project (Expected hours: 4-5 hours) 

Help us shape an existing event video that 90% there into an engaging piece of short-form content. You’ll work directly with Bestia’s founders to:

• Develop the storyline, narration and overall flow
• Write engaging on-screen captions and text
• Recommend how the story should unfold using the existing footage
• Refine the content based on feedback

This project can be completed remotely and pays a fixed project fee of S$150–200, depending on experience.

Potential ongoing work may include

• Developing storylines and narration for additional short-form videos
• Writing social media captions and on-screen text
• Assisting with filming and capturing content
• Supporting marketing activities, pop-ups and events
• Turning raw footage and ideas into clear, engaging content

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a good eye for social media content and storytelling
• Writes clearly and understands what makes short-form content engaging
• Is creative, organised, proactive and open to feedback
• Is comfortable assisting with filming and event work
• Has an interest in sports (pickleball or padel) – this is a bonus, not a requirement
