Company Profile
We are a specialised Third party Apple repair center located in the Central Business District for the past 7 years and counting. Our company is searching for suitable candidates who are interested to learn and discover the inner circuit of Apple devices. We do repair for mainly Macbooks, iPhones, iPads but we are also trained to repair other Android devices as well as all models of Windows Laptops.
No experience in opening up an iPhone or a MacBook? Not an issue - Training will be provided but some basic electronic knowledge is needed to allow easier understanding when it comes to repairing of the damaged devices.
Job Description
- Accurately diagnose and repair the damaged devices
- Attend to clients in person as well as over the phone and email correspondences
- Provide timely quotation to all customers
- Communicate effectively with team members at all times
- Maintenance of stock inventory
- Ensure clients are well served and satisfied with our services provided at all times
- Other ad hoc duties when necessary
