(S) PTE LTD started as a small operation specializing in the security of premises and
private investigations.  With our expertise and emphasis on customer service and the
support of our customers, the company has expanded rapidly over the last 30 years.

Human Resource

• Policies creation/revision in compliance to local regulation
• Implementation of  new policies and benefits
• Creation of documentations and new policies 
• Creation/implementation of employees' welfare and benefits
• Organise/brainstorm employee welfare, events,benefits etc (either internally or with local government initiatives.
• Conduct interviews of job applicants either using existing process or suggest newer innovative ways for better outcome in hiring.

Operations/Compliance

• Look into the existing technology and research new ways/technology to improve productivity
• Manpower scheduling using existing process or suggest newer ways to improve productivity.
• Review existing processes and research/suggest newer ways to improve productivity
• Review and assist the auditing/recreation of current ISO processes and documentation
• Review and assist the re certification of Bizsafe 
• Assist and implement processes and documentation of the application of Trustmark cert (data protection)
