Job Description
Human Resource
- Policies creation/revision in compliance to local regulation
- Implementation of new policies and benefits
- Creation of documentations and new policies
- Creation/implementation of employees' welfare and benefits
- Organise/brainstorm employee welfare, events,benefits etc (either internally or with local government initiatives.
- Conduct interviews of job applicants either using existing process or suggest newer innovative ways for better outcome in hiring.
Operations/Compliance
- Look into the existing technology and research new ways/technology to improve productivity
- Manpower scheduling using existing process or suggest newer ways to improve productivity.
- Review existing processes and research/suggest newer ways to improve productivity
- Review and assist the auditing/recreation of current ISO processes and documentation
- Review and assist the re certification of Bizsafe
- Assist and implement processes and documentation of the application of Trustmark cert (data protection)
