Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in HSSE Compliance: Support the HSSE team in ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards. 
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Support HSSE monitoring activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HSSE documentation, records, and databases. Help ensure proper documentation of safety meetings, inspections, audits, and corrective actions. 
  • Implementation of HSSE Programs: Assist in development of HSSE initiatives and programs. Assist in designing and creating initiatives to reduce workplace incidents 
  • HSE AI Initiatives Development : Assist in using AI to develop and review HSE initiatives such as video analytics , risk assessment. 
  • Risk Identification: Assist in identifying workplace safety and health risk including psychological risks and stressors in the workplace. 
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the HSSE Manager or Supervisor. 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Background in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Security Management, or equivalent. 
  • Strong interest in health, safety, security, and environmental management within the renewable energy industry. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of human and mental factor is a plus 
  • Knowledge of relevant HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices is a plus 
  • Knowledge in the field of video and data analytics is a plus
