Filmplace is a tech company in the marketplace vertical like AirBnB but for film and media industry. We have a team in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, and South Korea. This is an internship position.

• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the founder/CEO of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, partners and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the founder/CEO
• Lastly, have lots of fun!
