Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work alongside Business Development & Customer Success Teams to onboard customers on to Fairmart
  • End to end installation of Fairmart’s solutions at customer sites
  • Trouble shoot technical issues with support of development team
  • Identify bottlenecks with onboarding process and make recommendations to team on how to address

Skills you will learn during the internship

  • Customer success: how to manage customer relationships, identify mutually beneficial goals, and deliver value for our customers.
  • Operations management: how to run a project, prioritise, and schedule against multiple priorities
  • Business planning & execution: you will learn how to identify specific business goals and map out tasks necessary to achieve them.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional language is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, organise and prioritize work.
