Job Description

The Role

Eyeota is currently looking for a Platforms Operations Executive to work within our Data Operations team. In Platforms Operations you will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and buy-side platform partners(clients). You will be responsible for managing the daily operational tasks, supporting business needs and developing best practice and efficiencies.

Your range of duties will include data activation, technical integrations, report preparation, troubleshooting and providing solutions and advice from a technical feasibility standpoint. You will be an expert in providing platform solutions to clients based on their goals and requirements.

Desired Skills and Experiences

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Understand platforms (DSP/DMP) business, advertisers buying behaviours, data audiences, taxonomy, user interface (UI) platform functionality and platform integration.
  • Work closely and support the Platform Operations Manager.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with internal teams and assigned external platform clients, attending to their questions and requests.
  • Work closely with assigned clients directly, business stakeholders and the tech team on new platform integrations.
  • Track and prepare data taxonomy updates across Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs).
  • Prepare and activate data audiences to platforms partners.
  • Proactively explore and propose projects to facilitate and improve operational flows.
  • Proactive on market research and best practices to document and share with the team.
  • Troubleshooting of integrations and issues and be responsible for the resolution in partnership with internal technology team and external clients.
  • Support Platforms team in New York City, London, Singapore and India on any urgent requests during their offline hours.

 

Who Are You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0 to 1 year of online advertising technology working experience. 
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good working knowledge of information systems and a strong mindset that explores opportunities for efficiency through process streamlining and automation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical/analytical aptitude. Able to clearly translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Commitment to customer-focused work and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work within a complex ecosystem and deal with ambiguity. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization a big plus.
  • A self-learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, both business and technical.
  • A team player with significant experience developing strong relationships with both clients directly and internal teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable traveling and working across multiple time zone.
