Antares Management Services (on behalf of GB Helios Pte Ltd) – Operations Executive (Auto Financing / Loan Processing)

We are hiring an Operations Executive to support backend operations within the Auto Financing team. This role focuses on loan processing, documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and perform accurate data entry
• Check and verify loan documents prior to payment disbursement
• Create and maintain loan accounts in system
• Update customer records (e.g. GIRO arrangements, personal details, vehicle information)
• Assist in payment processing and coordination with internal teams
• Handle email enquiries from business partners and internal stakeholders
• Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in operations / admin / finance-related role
• Experience in loan processing / banking ops / hire purchase (HP) / auto financing advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
