Responsibilities:
- Represent Evolve MMA's brand and values
- Manage the operations of Evolve MMA Cryo Therapy area including but not limited to; ensuring the cleanliness of the equipment and the area, customer service standards, safety, logistics and supplies
- Assist customers with intake procedures and educating the customers on cryotherapy products and proper usage of the machine
- Explaining the process to clients ensuring you have in-depth knowledge of the treatment and cryotherapy in general.
- Operating the Cryo chamber while assisting the client before, during and after the session ensuring a high level of safety and comfort
- Display thorough knowledge of Evolve MMA's products and services when dealing with potential and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers
- Front desk duties such as client check-in, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing paperwork, processing payment and helping answer enquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees and customers
- Prior experience in medical/aesthetics/spa therapy/beautician backgrounds is required
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work retail hours
- High level of ethics, values, and integrity
- Must be able to research, understand and explain cryotherapy in full (Training will be provided)
