Job Description

Role Description 

We are currently expanding our regional team and would like to invite talents to join us. The candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, and event support, to drive awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to coordinating marketing assets, presentations, updating sales collateral, organising outreach events, tracking performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams. The role also involves providing responsive client support by handling inbound inquiries, assisting with onboarding and product walkthroughs. The specialist will gather client feedback, identify common issues or feature requests, and work closely with product and compliance teams to enhance the overall client experience.


Qualifications

  • Marketing and communications skills
  • Client support experience, with strengths in customer service, troubleshooting, and managing inquiries through CRM or helpdesk tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise language.
  • Organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, financial services, or regtech environments, or a strong interest in regulatory and compliance topics.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, or basic data analysis is a plus.
