Essential Chiropractic and Functional Medicine Centre – Clinic Assistant

We are a Health Centre specialized in Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) spinal structural remodeling rehabilitation merging with the practice of Functional Medicine. 

• Assist practitioner in patient's rehabilitation process. 
• Assist practitioner in instructing patients performing postural exercises. 
• Assist running the frontdesk duties.
• Overlook patients in rehab to ensure safety. 
• Assist in answering calls and response to email enquiry.
• Assistance to doctor in some patient-care duties
• Perform basic housekeeping and simple maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
• Any other relevant clinical related tasks as directed by the clinicians for a smooth administration and operation of the clinic.
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus
• Skill: Computer & MS Office literate
• Good team player, but also comfortable working independently
• Proactive and committed.
• Responsible and reliable
• Good interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Outspoken and willing to learn
• Able to commit six days a week (2 of which are half days)
