Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Institutional Sales team with daily sales activities.
- Assist the Sales Manager in following up with potential clients.
- Help build and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Collect, organize, and update sales data and reports.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and sales processes.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Interest in fintech, payments, Web3, or institutional sales is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
