Incorporated in Singapore, Essentia Partners holds a Registered Fund Management License (“RFMC”) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for regulated fund management activities for accredited investors under the Securities and Futures Act (“SFA”). We leverage on our well-established relationships within the financial ecosystem in Mainland China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe, Middle East, and U.S. to seek and originate investment opportunities and invest across capital structures, providing customized financing and investment solutions to business sponsors and investors respectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide business and research support to the Directors
- Liaise with internal and external parties to manage their progress
- Ensure the business research projects are executed in an accurate and timely manner
- Actively participate in business analysis and insight generation to provide high quality and actional solutions for our clients
- Assist in company’s day-to-day operations and facilitate clients onboarding process such as preparing document for funds and investor KYC including liaising with 3rd party service providers
- Other ad-hoc projects that may be essential to the firm
Key Requirements:
- University graduate in any faculties (Preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines)
- Excellent in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication and international skills
- Self-driven, ability to work with minimum supervision & a team player
- Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude are welcomed
