Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Key Criteria

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust relationships with customers
• Candidates with knowledge of mobile phones and accessories are preferable
• Relevant retail/sales/promoter working experience will be considered favorably
• Must be able to work in a team setting and work independently

Job Description

• Welcoming customers to store and answering their queries
• Access customers needs and wants, Answer customers question and concerns
• Provide appropriate product recommendations
• Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner
• Build relationships with customers, especially regular customers
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quota
