- Make calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's service and secure sign-ups
- Attend to incoming calls / emails on feedback, enquiries, complaints and technical support
- Understand and know how to use the company system
- Work closely with the developer to identify and rectify bugs in the system
- Data entry and other admin tasks
** This is a contract position for 3 months. The position is renewable or can be converted to a permanent one upon satisfactory performance.
** Salary shall commensurate with experience and qualifications.
