We are looking for highly motivated and independent candidate for the following role:
- Actively promoting the company's brand and services via calls to prospective customers for sign-ups
- Handle customers feedback / inquiries via email and phone calls
- Coordinate with the system engineer to provide trouble-shooting for the customers
- Work closely with the system engineer on system testing and debugging
- Data entry and other admin works
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma
- Mature workers / career switchers are welcomed to apply
- Passionate about customer service
- Able to commence immediately or with short notice
