Elly Issey is a Singapore-based baby and children's clothing brand offering thoughtfully designed, premium-quality apparel featuring distinctive prints and comfortable fabrics.

As a growing brand, we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, hands-on intern to help build our e-commerce presence, engage our community, and support day-to-day operations.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across digital marketing, livestreaming, e-commerce and retail operations, while working closely with the founder of a growing local brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Livestreaming & Live Commerce
- Plan, prepare and host engaging livestream sessions to showcase Elly Issey products.
- Demonstrate products, share styling ideas and interact with viewers.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches through live commerce.
- Help identify ways to improve livestream engagement and sales.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions.
- Produce short-form videos, photographs and other creative content.
- Brainstorm fresh ideas to grow brand awareness, engagement and online sales.

3. Community Management – Elly Issey Insiders
- Manage and engage our Telegram community, Elly Issey Insiders.
- Share product updates, exclusive previews, promotions and other community content.
- Respond to customer enquiries and help create a welcoming, engaging community.
- Develop initiatives to encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

4. E-commerce Operations & Order Fulfilment
- Assist with picking, packing and preparing online orders for delivery.
- Support inventory organisation, stock counts and replenishment.
- Help maintain accurate stock records and coordinate fulfilment activities.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and presented in line with our brand standards.

5. Retail & Event Support
- Assist with retail activities at our physical pop-up locations
- Support event preparation, product displays, stock organisation and customer engagement when required.
- Help coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives.

Work Arrangement & Locations

We offer a flexible, hybrid working arrangement without a fixed office location.

- Hybrid work arrangement: Certain tasks, particularly content creation, marketing planning and community management, can be performed remotely.
- Flexible meeting locations: In-person meetings and collaborative work sessions with the founder will take place at least once a week
- Warehouse: The intern will need to attend our warehouse to support order packing, inventory management and fulfilment.
- Retail and events: Attendance at physical pop-up locations may be required.
- Scheduling: Work locations and schedules will be coordinated in advance, taking into account operational requirements and the intern's availability.

Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Design or a related discipline.
- Creative, enthusiastic and interested in social media, e-commerce and consumer brands.
- Confident communicating with others and comfortable appearing on camera or hosting livestreams.
- Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Telegram.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools would be advantageous.
- Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Willing to take initiative, learn new skills and assist with hands-on operational tasks.
- Able to work independently in a flexible working environment.

Prior experience in livestreaming, marketing or e-commerce is welcome but not essential. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in growing a brand.
