Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR processes: recruitment workflow with up to date knowledge of work passes application will be an advantage, internship application and follow-up, on-boarding and off-boarding of staff, staff training supervision.
  • In charge of quality life and happiness of lab staff: organise team building events, lunch/diners, dessert dialogues, assist in day to day running of the office.
  • Coordinating information and submitting government claims for approval
  • Assist in managing accounts and resources in office; ensuring that billing are made in time
  • Other assigned roles of administration, organization and deputation.
  • Responsible, independent and initiative leaner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in HR processes especially in Recruitment.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Professional writing and presenting skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, international and cross disciplinary environment.
