The EHL Asia-Pacific Office in Singapore is EHL's first overseas office. The team of nine is responsible for MAAC (Marketing, Admissions and Recruitment, Alumni and Industry Relations, Communications) for the university in the region.

Job Description

Your mission

The mission of the EHL Asia-Pacific (APAC) Marketing & Communications Coordinator is to support the Marketing & Communications Officer APAC to strengthen the EHL brand in the region.


Your responsibilities

1. Marketing – Building brand awareness and engaging our target audience with relevant content. Efforts are strategic and highly targeted, with a result-oriented approach.

  • Industry and consumer trend reporting
  • Participate in campaign planning
  • Work with student assistants on campus to develop social media calendar and brainstorm for new and engaging content ideas
  • Monitor social platforms, generate weekly reports and make recommendations to increase engagement

2. Communications – A long-term effort where we build relationships with mass media to spread the word about our mission.

  • Research local publications and make recommendations
  • Develop outreach content ideas and work with student ambassador team to execute content
  • Develop and execute PR action plan

3. Project Management - On top of the above mentioned, you will also be tasked with project management duties. Video production and/or photo editing skills is a plus.
