Job Description
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders
- Reply to customers regarding enquiries, product information, pricing, and delivery schedules etc.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system
- Liaise with suppliers on product availability and shipment status
- Provide support to the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Business, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in laboratory, medical, or scientific industries
- Training will be provided for those without experience
- Good understanding of laboratory consumables and scientific equipment is an advantage
