DKSH Singapore Pte Ltd – Logistics Coordinator (12-month Contract)

The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of DKSH's distribution center, from inbound goods handling to outbound delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations
• Manage inbound and outbound goods processes
• Monitor picking schedules and order fulfillment
• Ensure inventory accuracy and delivery quality standards
• Maintain logistics records and support operational administration

Requirements: 

• Secondary School or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) certificate or equivalen
• 1 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant field
• Basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport, and supply chain management
• Working knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems

Shift Schedules: Monday to Friday: 

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Alternate Saturday shifts: 

• 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM 
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Gross Salary from: $2,000 to $2,400 per month
Able to start ASAP
