Job Description

At Singapore Cruise Centre, we connect travellers to unforgettable journeys. As we embark on an exciting new chapter with our terminal transition, we are looking for a creative and passionate intern to help bring our brand and passenger experience to life.

As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will play a key role in creating the visual communications that passengers see and interact with, from digital content and marketing collaterals to terminal signages, wayfinding materials, and customer information displays. Your designs will help guide travellers, enhance their journey, and create a seamless experience in our new terminal.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across design, branding, marketing campaigns, and customer experience and working on real projects that make an impact.

What You Will Do

  • Create engaging visual assets including posters, digital content, brochures, social media materials, signages, and customer communications.
  • Support the design and rollout of passenger-facing materials for the new terminal transition, including wayfinding signs, maps, guides, and information displays.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Assist in managing our social channels.
  • Help ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and communication across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with different teams to transform ideas into clear, creative, and impactful designs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Students or fresh graduates in Visual Communication, Design, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business-related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiar with social media marketing.
  • Able to turn concepts into clear and compelling visual communications.
