Dream Home Loan Singapore Pte. Ltd. – SME Business Telemarketer

We are expanding our company and looking for more talented and results-driven telemarketer to join our humble company. The role's primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners to promote our business banking services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a proven track record of success in telemarketing and have excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to the leads we provide and promote our business banking products and services.
• Identifying and understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
• Generating leads and scheduling appointments for our business consultants.
• Following up with customers and managing customer relationships.
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and sales.
• Updating and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Staying up to date with market trends and industry news.

Requirement

• With or without experience (Full training will be provided).
• Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone.
• Follow up with client promptly.
• Fluent in oral and written expression of English and preferable another local language.
• Sales and results-oriented, pro- active and possess a positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Working Hours: 10AM - 6PM
