Dotcom Delivery – Operations / Customer Service Internship

Dotcom Delivery is a last mile delivery company that focuses on serving the online community. With the fast growing pace of the eCommerce industry, dotcom delivery was established with the intent to provide smart and efficient delivery using our proprietary DCD Technology.  We are backed by a team of industry veterans in addition to a fresh young team that is ready to make a difference in the Last Mile Delivery space. 

We are currently looking for a energetic intern that likes to learn more about how the logistics industry works. Particularly in what customers in this industry demand and require. The job would include interactions with customers over the phone to setup a suitable delivery schedule and assist customers with their requests. On the operations side you would get the opportunity to learn how a last mile delivery company utilizes technology to perform their processes. The job would include various aspects of warehouse operations as well.
