Our regional office in Singapore manages all business matters in the countries of the region from purchasing through production in 5 plants to warehousing, sales and marketing. For the area of supply chain management, we are looking for a dynamic and hands on personality to support the regional supply chain manager. The main tasks will be in the area of supply chain analysis in areas of inventory, production and logistics. You will be responsible for weekly and monthly report consolidations but also development of further SAP based reporting and analyzing tools. You will receive a deep insight into the supply chain structure of an international company in the rubber process industry.
Your tasks:
Analysis of supply chain activities of the markets in APAC including plants in China, India, South Koreaand Thailand with the target to optimize raw material / GIP / finished goods planning as well as intercompany trade, demand planning, working capital.
- Support in enhancement and development of supply chain reporting tools using SAP, SAP BW and Excel.
- Consolidation and analysis of weekly and monthly supply chain reports.
- Support of regional and local SCM projects.
- Support in further operations management related tasks and projects.
Your profile:
At minimum in the final year of study towards a Diploma/Degree/Masters in SCM, Logistics and Operations management or Controlling
- First practical experience in SCM or logistics preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Good English skills.
- Good team working and communication skills.
