ORAPI Maintenance Asia – Graphic Designer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, reels and campaign visuals
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, catalogues, banners and presentations
• Develop visual content for websites, e-commerce platforms, email campaigns and digital advertisements
• Support the Marketing Team with product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal campaigns
• Design materials for exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events, including booth graphics, pull-up banners and promotional materials
• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials in line with our brand guidelines
• Work with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into engaging visuals
• Edit and enhance product images and create simple graphics, illustrations and infographics
• Support basic video and motion graphic content for social media when required
• Support the Marketing Team with day-to-day design requests and manage assigned projects within deadlines

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field
• Students and fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with Canva and/or other digital design tools is an advantage
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
• Creative, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the Marketing Team
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity
