Creative For More (C4M) is a cross-border marketing agency headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Tokyo and New York. We help brands grow across Asia and the US through strategy, social media, content production, design and paid media.

Graphic Design Intern
Singapore (Hybrid) | Internship, 6-month commitment
Start date: Monday 14 December 2026, or Monday 4 January 2027 (negotiable)
Monthly allowance: SGD 1,000

What you'll work on
You'll join our design team under our Design Lead and work on live client accounts from your first weeks. That includes:

• Social media graphics and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Brand assets, key visuals and campaign concepts
• Landing pages, eDMs and web banners
• Infographics, pitch decks and presentations
• Illustrations and light motion graphics for social and ads
• Adapting existing assets across platforms and formats

You'll also join brainstorms, take feedback from account managers and clients, and iterate until the work is right.

What you'll learn

• How an agency takes a client brief to final delivery, step by step
• How to design for different touchpoints across the customer journey
• How to manage timelines and feedback across several clients at once
• How to design for brands in different markets, including Singapore and Japan

At the end of your internship, you'll receive a recommendation letter. Strong interns may be offered a full-time role.

What we're looking for

• Able to commit to the full 6 months
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just finished visuals
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus Figma or Canva
• After Effects or other motion skills are a plus
• Comfortable using AI image and design tools as part of your workflow (a plus)
• Active on social media and aware of current content trends
• Clear written and spoken English
• Able to take feedback well and work through revisions without losing momentum

Working arrangement

• Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm
• Hybrid: in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, remote on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

• Monthly allowance: SGD 1,000
