Dioworks is an e-learning design company focused on using technology as enablers to make learning easy, engaging and effective. Dioworks offers bespoke solutions for organisations to integrate learning, training and assessment of work-based competencies via blended learning strategies. Specifically, we combine the strengths of Classroom-Facilitated Learning, Online Courses and our "Kinetic Coach" automated response training solution to equip learners with future-ready work skills. InnovPlus Challenge is part of the larger iN.LEARN 2020 national strategy to boost innovation in the CET sector in Singapore.

• Design and develop website / software applications
• Creation of front end experience including layout, design for website
• Incorporate design and web solutions for added visual impact and influence to increase user engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with back-end developers to complete the software systems/applications
• Work with a team of project managers and programmers to develop web projects
• Ensure that overall design is consistent with the required branding and strategic direction

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Web Design / Development experience (start-up experience an added advantage)
• Proven experience in front end web design using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript (Jquery, Backbone js, etc)
• Experience in Flash will be bonus
• Knowledge of python programming and Django/Flask Framework will add advantage
• Familiar with GitHub will add advantage
