We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join us and grow our e-commerce presence in Singapore. Selected candidate will also get the opportunity to learn how to assemble a diaper cake!
Responsibilities:
e-Commerce campaign management and support
- Responsible for creating web banners, product images, videos and other assets in digital formats to be used in e-commerce (website, Shopee, Lazada), that enhances the brand equity and clearly calls out feature and benefits, leading to purchase.
- Monitoring and propose suitable monthly or ad-hoc campaigns in Shopee and Lazada to participate in
e-Commerce Sales Operation
- Pack / Prepare online orders (website, Shopee, Lazada, FoodPanda) for shipping
- Follow up / reply to customers on missing orders / consumer reviews / feedback.
- Website maintenance (monitoring out of stocks situations for individual products)
- List new products with product images, product description and videos on our online platforms
Online Marketing Campaign Management and Support
- Create and design newsletters for email circulation
- Plan, create and publish content / images for posts on our website, Facebook and Google Page
Requirements:
- Currently in the schools of business/ business administration/ design/communications.
- Able to work independently and resourceful.
- Proficient in using Canva and Google suite (Google Drive, Google Calendar etc).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Understands the basic e-commerce shopping environment.
- Pro-active and able to work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in design and usage of software like Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will have added advantage.
- Good with handmade products a bonus.
