• Solicit & understand customer feedback to understand their needs & the needs of the localcommunity
• Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about our products andtechnology
• To build productive and trusting relationships with Clients
• To continuously build product knowledge and keep up to date with new product developments
• To actively seek out Clients in store
• To cross-sell products
• To be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors
• Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are kept to company standards
• Educate or assist customers on set up and carry out occasional installations

• Proactive, positive attitudes and passion for developing a career in the retail industry
• Proven track record working as Sales Associate
• Good team player, energetic, and highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment
• Interest in Audio Industry and music would be an advantage
