A leading Halal food and beverage group based in Singapore is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our HQ team. Reporting to the group’s Director, the ideal candidate will manage multiple brands and their outlets, and the role (not limited to) is as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling director’s activities & emails
• Provide office administrative secretarial support to director & team.
• Responsible for office logistics and operations
• Handling filing of paperwork and provide support in company’s projects.
• Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by the director.

Requirements:

• Able to start work immediately.
• ‘N’, 'O’ Level, diploma qualifications in any discipline
• Ability to prioritize tasks, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently with initiative.
• Professional and positive attitude
• Basic functions of Microsoft office
