Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing calendar with strategies for all three brands (Nuodle, Delibowl, and The Xiang Pavilion) to increase awareness leading to foot traffic, and other sales revenue of the company.
• Enhance store display by leading creative teams to implement standardization of in-store branded visuals and setting display standard.
• Plan social media content and scheduling in accordance with the marketing calendar
• Plan online/offline marketing campaigns, prepare monthly reports to analyze performances.
• Responsible for building and managing e-commerce partnerships to optimize opportunities with platforms like GrabFood, Foodpanda, Shopback, Fave, etc
• Plan budget management for proposed marketing activities and campaigns
• Lead vendors and third parties to ensure high quality and excellence in execution across all marketing activities.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders in different departments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience with a proven track record in the F&B industry in a similar capacity,
• Experience in using graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communications skills and attention to detail
