Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for IT support across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain our IT systems, servers, and security setup.
- Test and troubleshoot our fintech systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle user access, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions.
- Keep data and systems secure, compliant, and always available.
- Work with vendors, track IT assets/licenses, and suggest smarter tools.
