As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with the core team to drive outlet expansion, brand development, and daily operations, playing an integral role in building the brand from the ground up.

Job Description
Requirements
- Passionate about the F&B industry and committed to long-term growth
- Experience in outlet management, operations, or marketing
- Responsible and capable of handling tasks independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Candidates with F&B or entrepreneurial backgrounds are especially welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in outlet operations training
- Identify and evaluate potential new outlet locations
- Assist in outlet operations, staff training, and SOP execution
- Support social media and brand marketing initiatives
- Assist in preparing and launching new outlets
- Help recruit and train young partner-managers
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500
- Candidates who complete partner training and pass assessment will be eligible to open a new outlet, fully funded by the headquarters (including initial capital and operating costs)
- Equity available for qualified candidates (30%–49% ownership in the outlet)
