• Be part of an exciting business! The candidate will get detailed, backend exposure into the workings of a market research consultancy from an administrative support point-of-view, and learn the ropes of the corporate world.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrative team in various aspects of admin such as office automation, archiving, customer management, etc.

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

• Assist Office Manager for the management of office supplies and maintenance 

• Be part of the office's front desk where you will meet clients, understand the workings of a qualitative study and greet and assist visitors to the office

• Keenness in learning about the market research industry

• Interest in Administrative Operations

• Strong Project Management skills

• Attention to detail

• Good interpersonal skills (esp. English)

• Be driven and motivated, willing to learn

• Basic programming is a plus, but not necessary
