“Analysis and optimization of short term (day-ahead and intraday) Solar PV yield projection.”
Your Responsibilities:
- Literature review and evaluation of the current status of short term (day ahead and intraday) weather forecasting for solar PV power plants.
- Analysis of Conergy’s current pilot project for day-ahead weather forecasting and solar yield forecasting.
- Propose ways to improve solar PV yield forecasting accuracy for specific projects.
- Project planning and management of next phase of the project “Solar Yield Forecasting”
Your Profile:
- University studies in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or Business Economics/administration with good technical background
- Interest & passion for renewable energy
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Comfortable working as part of multi-cultural team
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel spreadsheets
- Fluency in English is required
