As a Product Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to shape the product strategy at an early-stage, fast-growing startup. You will be working closely with individuals from the Engineering, Design, Growth, and Operations team, including founders and team leads to define and deliver the best solutions. We are looking for someone who can start in August- a curious and eager to learn individual. At a fast growing early-stage start up, we value independence and proactiveness. You will be trusted to make decisions and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Engineering, Design, Growth, and Operations.
- Analysing problems and proposing solutions that can be implemented using no-code workflows.
- Be data-driven in establishing impact and determining prioritisation, ensuring deliverables are met and expectations are managed.
- Support Product Managers in the development and improvement of product work to streamline processes..
- Support the product team with customer discovery and product research to understand needs and put forward solutions.
- You will have the freedom to implement improvements to products and tools based on strong backing from qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Requirements
- Full time interns based in Singapore, available to start from August only.
- Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- A basic understanding of data analytics and visualisation tools.
- Proactive, adaptable and curious.
- The ability to understand technical and non-technical information and relay them to relevant stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Resourceful with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change - skills required in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Preferably relevant internship experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or User Experience Design.
- Preferably ongoing qualifications in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Preferably familiarity with no-code platforms and tools, such as Zapier and Airtable.
