Job Description
  1. File Management: Responsible for collecting and recording basic information of clients.
  2. Email Communication: Assist in daily office tasks, such as responding to phone calls and emails, handling mail and courier services, scheduling meetings and appointments, etc.
  3. Coordinating Communication: Coordinate and communicate with colleagues to ensure the flow of information and collaborative work.
  4. Administrative Support: Assist senior management in various administrative tasks, such as preparing meeting materials, drafting documents and reports, etc.
  5. Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure proper safeguarding of confidential information of the organization and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and rules.
