Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client’s performances
  • Together with Head of Corporate Account Team, to develop strategies and growth plans
  • Preparation of tender quotations and bids submission
  • Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients
  • Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations
  • Prepare and present business propositions
  • Participate in tender negotiations and KPI meetings with Regional Tender clients.
  • Preparing, maintaining and distribution of service contracts and FMC Filing (USA trade)
  • Achieve volume fulfillment targets set by management

Candidate Requirement

  • At least degree holder
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Key client relationship management with experience in tenders’ quotations (Preferred)
  • Without Liner shipping experience are welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently with initiative and strong ownership of tasks
  • Strong focus on Customer Experience
  • Skillful in using MS office – Excel & PowerPoint
  • A strong communicator 
  • Believer in teamwork
